Parts not fitting, needed adjustments

Nice cooking surface but wobbly base, some parts were not fitting so had to get creative to keep it standing.

Having problems

Won this griddle at a nonprofit fundraiser. Used it twice and now we can’t get it to work. The igniter is working but it isn’t lighting. We’ve tried 3 working propane tanks. Also, the left knob is askew and we can’t fix it.

Screws to shelf

The screws that go to the shelf are very poorly made. When you tighten it down the screwdriver slips almost every time.
