Nice but cheap plastic gas knobs

It is a very nice grill but I will have to order new plastic gas knobs because it simply wasn’t clear to me how to install them properly and by thevtime I had figured that out the ones supplied were damaged. The design of the knobs could be made more robust.

Had trouble putting the accessory rail and couldn’t find any videos to help. Otherwise building it was pretty easy. Can’t wait to season and start using!

My wife and I have been looking forward to getting a Blackstone for quite some time and finally have one! She’s probably more excited than I am to use it for weekend breakfasts. I currently have a Traeger and am excited for the combos I can do with them both and how well it will sear a steak.
