The Blackstone grills are very good value, but they do have some shortcomings. he 2287 does have some significant hotspots the cart or base is just flimsy.

My only complaint would be the confusion with the M6*12 (4 pcs) screws during assembly.

Very easy to assemble. I was a little apprehensive about seasoning the cooktop. But after watching the video it was no problem. Used Mother’s Day and the burgers came out perfect and it worked like a dream. Pretty easy cleanup as wrll

Parts not fitting, needed adjustments

Nice cooking surface but wobbly base, some parts were not fitting so had to get creative to keep it standing.
