Problems with assembly

For the most part, assembly was straight forward and smooth. But we encountered 2 issues:
1. Misalignment of one side of the stabilizing shelf screw holes resulting in inability to secure one side of that shelf.
2. The screw that needs to be loosened to attach the side shelf is completely stripped and so tight that it cannot be loosened. Thus one side shelf cannot be installed. The side shelf was super simple to install.

Holes during assembly did not line up very well, but got them to work. Bracket for lp tank does not fit correctly. Bolt threads did not go all the way thru frame so bracket is loose. I will have to use washers as shims so bracket will tighten up.

Set it up this afternoon. Seasoned it and just finished making dinner. Perfect for the beautiful spring evenings. Don’t have to heat up the kitchen and can cook everything.
