Damaged box and lid

Box and lid came damaged. Lid has a nice sized dent in it. Did fill out a form online in regards to it so we will see what happens

Received my Blackstone 28" Griddle w/ Hood & Accessory Rail System. The instruction manual was pretty straightforward. However, the shelf hole that is supposed to line up with the hole in the legs. 1 was slightly off, and I had to do some fancy maneuvering to get the thumb screw to get a bite. Other than that, easy install with 1 person. 2 would be ideal (for lining up the griddle post pegs into the frame).

Most of the assembly was easy but there are glaring QC issues that need to be addressed. One of the bottom rack retention screws did not line up with the welded on nut and subsequently will not tighten, one of the pegs on that the griddle surface sits on and locks into the cart was welded on at almost a 30 degree angle. Other than those issues the blackstone products are great, just disappointing to the some issues slip through the cracks
I would recommend this to a friend!
