Just got done putting my 28 inch grill grill together and seasoning. It directions were super straightforward. Easy to follow. With you in my first cook this Friday. So far I love the size. It’s not too big. It’s not too small perfect for a family of four. Still trying to figure out how to get the corners of my Blackstone pro
