This product is easy to assemble (though heavier than I thought). It's just as easy to take care of as cast iron and as convenient as a gas grill. We love cooking breakfast on it!

Griddle top

I got this griddle. The first use I cleaned the top and started cooking after. Right away the top was warped and wouldn’t cook evenly with all the oil running to the sides.
