Assembly could have been a little easier. Some screws were hard to line-up, instructions could have been a little clearer in areas. The griddle itself was sticky. I assume this is normal from the factory though.

Cuts cooking time down for parties drastically

Bought for an upcoming party. First couple of cooks were for 4 people and what usually takes me 30-40 minutes on a cast iron skillet took half that since you can just throw everything on at the same time.
