Unreliable igniter

Have tried multiple brand new batteries, but the igniter often fails. I’m grateful it is easy enough to light the grill manually.

My wife and I have been looking forward to buying one of these for years. One of the first 3 things we bought when we closed on the house was a blackstone! It has been the best thing ever to cook and also talk about now with all of our friends!
