We love our Blackstone

The product is great. Works well. My only issue was blemishes out of the box. There was no damage at all but slight blemisheson the cover I found while assembling. I also adhesive stuck to the cooking surface from the sticker they place on it. That was tough to get off. Otherwise we use it almost daily and love the way the food comes out on it.

Works great, did come with some scratches on hood handle so I wish quality control was better on damage to parts. Functionally doesn’t affect my cooking so overall 4 stars

We put our Blackstone together and it would rock from front left to right back, had to put 2 washers on the right back to keep griddle from rocking.
