Cuts cooking time down for parties drastically

Bought for an upcoming party. First couple of cooks were for 4 people and what usually takes me 30-40 minutes on a cast iron skillet took half that since you can just throw everything on at the same time.

I had a smaller Blackstone and love it. There is much i won't cook on it. I wanted to get a bigger one so I got the 28 inch with hood. This thing is a beast. Blackstone are so well made. Easy to clean and are the best for grilling. Time to season this and get the party started.

I was hoping the build quality was going to be better than it is. It is quit wobbly from side to side. All the hardware is assembled correctly and tightened appropriately.
