I have a traditional propane grill and a pellet smoker, but I think I am most excited to add this Blackstone to my grilling Arsenal. I’ve tried using cast-iron skeleton and other toppers for my propane grill, but it always ends up being such a mess so the Blackstone will be a great addition to the grill fam!

Poor Craftsmenship

I just got a 28" Blackstone Griddle. I followed all unboxing and set up instructions to the T.
When I tried to fire up the grill only the burner on the left was working. I tried manually lighting the right burner to no fruition.
After tinkering around I found that the right burner assembly is missing a screw and wasn't hooked up to the propane line. This very minor but what are we doing guys??? Put the thing together correctly. If I didn't have any kind of experience fixing anything, I never would've figured this problem out on my own. Be better.
