No more BBQ

6 years with the 1st Blackstone and onto a new one for the house. The original is now going out to the trailer as it’s still works perfectly. Just time for a new one at home. Have not used a BBQ in 6 years. No need!

Used our grill for the first time (after seasoning) to grill 400 hot dogs for a Community Memorial Day Parade. Worked great. Look forward to cooking for more events.

I've been extremely happy with this griddle. It opens up the menu on what you can do with a patio grill; from eggs and pancakes to stir fry and roasted veggies, along with the usual fair of hamburgers, brats, and steaks. Easy assembly, although you might need two people.
