Difficult to assemble

One of the side shelves were not aligned properly and was very difficult to install. One side was perfect while the other was troublesome.

This request for my review of the Blackstone show a free 30 piece accessories. I have not received that and it would be very nice to have that kit sent to me so I could rate using true Blackstone accessories on my Blackstone grill. 2025 will be a great and fun year with my Blackstone. Of course friends will be lining up to come over to experience all the great food it will have being cooked on Ziva.

Side shelf came bent, screws aren’t long enough, wobbly

Exactly as the title said, wobbly, the screw on the left side doesn’t reach the threads…
I need longer screws to attach the shelf or a new product
