Easy to assemble. There was a striped screw. Husband bought a screw extractor, and replaced the screw. That was the only hiccup

Functional smoker and griddle

Honestly I was skeptical at first cause I’ve wanted a traeger more than a griddle but I’m the only one who like smoked stuff in our house so I went with the blackstone on zyn rewards and I love it. It’s very nice and has plenty of room to smoke stuff and you and basically replace your kitchen cooktop with this. It’s been very great so far and do not regret getting this

Super easy to put together. Only issues are that the knob won’t stay on and the nuts used to secure the accessory shelf are not fully threaded, so the shelves rattle.

Love my Blackstone so far, can’t wait to grill this summer! Really took time to learn the care and proper seasoning techniques and I think that has helped my experience so far. Very excited to continue to use it and learn new recipes.

Great Gift!!!

I always wanted an outdoor Kitchen. I have limited space for a smoker, grill, and a griddle. When I grill was on it last limb here recently my Loving Husband purchased me the Blackstone for Mother’s Day. One thing I wish it had was temp setting instead of dots. It would make it easier to get that perfect griddle temp when told it cook at 350 or 425. Other then that I have used it about four times now and love it.
