Setting up the Blackstone 28 inch griddle was much easier than any other grill I’ve ever purchased. Seasoning the griddle was also relatively easy using the Blackstone seasoning. It’s so versatile for cooking ANYTHING you want - like a giant iron skillet with amazing temperature control. Practice makes perfect-er

Have a 22” adventure that I love. Bought a larger Pit Boss because it was a better price but hated it! Hoping the lid doesn’t rust out in this like it did on my adventure after one year.
