Side shelf came bent, screws aren’t long enough, wobbly

Exactly as the title said, wobbly, the screw on the left side doesn’t reach the threads…
I need longer screws to attach the shelf or a new product

Great, but poor construction

Love this thing, but many of the screws were too short and wouldn’t line up. I had to source my own. The folding bracket also came damaged.

Great so Far

Love this thing so far. Considered getting the larger one but 28” is actually quite big once you see and use it. Cooks very hot & fast. Pretty easy to clean and manage grease. Definitely make sure you season the griddle before use!
