Well made product and sturdy. Assembly not to bad either. Struggling with griddle getting hot enough. Followed suggestion on resetting safety gas flow but still would have expected higher temp

Pretty simple instructions. Take your time. Easier with the second person. Figure about 30 minutes to an hour. Great result.
