Ziva is a Christmas gift from my grandson.
I have not used Ziva yet. My friends who have a Blackstone are telling me it is a gift that keeps on GIVING! So I am ready to start making my great food all at once!

Great griddle except the griddle is chipping away

I bought this in September and it’s a great size. We have been so careful to treat the griddle and take good care of it but now the cast iron is literally chipping away. I don’t understand this because I’ve been using cast iron skillets that are over 40 years old so how in the world this is happening is beyond me.

My First Griddle

My wife talked me into giving up my hgrill for this 28 inch Blackstone. I wish she had done it sooner. Cooking is a breeze and cleanup is a lot easier. I Love it.
