The metal shield plate is only being held on by one screw when unboxed!!!! Why is this???? Can you send more screws and the tool needed to tighten them with please!!!!!

Love this grill! Assembly out of the box was very simple. The griddle works amazingly. All food I’ve cooked on it comes out fantastic. Wish I got a Blackstone years ago.
