We used to do everything in our cast iron pan. This griddle makes everything go so much faster, the quantity is 10x better, and EVERYTHING tastes so much better

we just got it and built it and it looks amazing. Unfortunately one of the orange circles on the handle for the grill hood came damaged I took photos and will be submitting it to hopefully get a replacement for that one part other than that it's perfect. Can't wait to use it.

Loving my new blackstone so far. The only issue I have had is that the regulators could be a little more adjustable. It’s hard to get the heat low enough for some things.
