It works really well. Just make sure you don't turn it on high. Plus I only used it once but I like it alot so far.!!

this is our second Blackstone Griddle. We left the first one at a Lake home we sold. With just two of us the 28” griddle works fine for two and can handle food for guests easily up to 10 or 12

Pretty good griddle. Hard to level up. Need to have the screw out things on the legs. Gets a LOT hotter to the back than the front so not sold on the even heat thing
