The 28" Blackstone is hands down one of the best outdoor cooking purchases I’ve made. The built-in hood makes a huge difference for keeping heat in and steaming foods quickly. It seasons up beautifully, cooks evenly, and gives you enough room for full family meals without feeling oversized. If you're on the fence about getting the hood version definitely spend the extra bit for it.
