Just built

Just finished building the blackstone. I have not used it yet. Need to buy a propane tank first but I’m excited to cook on it. The build took less than an hour and was very straight forward.

Feels a little wobbly even with everything super secure. More tedious than expected.

My 28” Blackstone Griddle with hood is so amazing! No more grease splatter on my stove from bacon/burgers/whatever! You can cook everything on this thing!
