Best outdoor cooking experience

I have used grills all my life.. and after finally switching to the Blackstone Griddle.. delicious outcomes .. in 3 weeks I have cooked on the griddle 8 times and my family has really enjoyed the taste of the food. Smash burgers, Korean bulgogi, chicken w Lo Mein noodles, Philly cheese steak sandwich, etc. love it.

We have been looking for a griddle with a hood that was not a monster. This was perfect. Easy to assemble and we even converted it to natural gas. Great cooking surface and has been great.
