Received my Blackstone as a gift this week. I have cooked three meals on it. Love the ease of cooking and cleanup. As I learn more about the process I will adventure out to more advanced recipes. Love it.

Not as easy as they say to assemble

Not all the holes would line up, I had to enlarge a couple just a hair so the screws would line up.
