We just got our Blackstone today and have not even seasoned it yet. We know others who really like theirs, so we are hoping for the same experience. However, we did not get the shelf basket (piece #8), we will check with the store.

The hole that the right wheel is supposed to connect to was drilled too far down so the wheel can't be connected.
