Setup was easy and convenient. Only thing I didn't like was one of the small thumb screws didn't wanna go all the way in. Took out the tap and die set and now it goes in. Probably excess paint in the hole.

We just made our first meal with our griddle. It was great! We seasoned it as instructed and it was easy to use and clean up was a breeze. We are going to use this a lot!!!
