Blackstone v2 grill!!!

I absolutely love my Blackstone 28” V2 Model 2287! It’s the perfect size without taking up a ridiculous amount of space, and there’s still plenty of cooking surface to make breakfast, burgers, steaks, chicken, vegetables, and just about anything else you can think of.
The two burners give you great temperature control, so you can have one side hotter while keeping the other side at a lower temperature. The griddle heats up quickly and cooks everything evenly, and the flat-top design makes cleanup much easier than a traditional grill.
I also really like the hood and overall build quality. It feels sturdy and well-made, and assembly was straightforward. Once you get the griddle properly seasoned, cooking on it is incredibly easy.
If you’re considering getting a Blackstone, I highly recommend the 2287. It’s versatile, easy to use, and has quickly become one of my favorite things to cook on. 5/5 stars!
