The 28 inches is perfect for my household love being able to cook everything on one back top! Seasoning did not take long as I did it on a hot day. I absolutely love it

I can't wait to use this griddle. I cook outside all year. After my previous grill was destroyed ,l was undecided on what i would get as a replacement. Blackstone is the winner!
