Just got and assembled today. The quality is very good. Easy to assemble. Got the griddle seasoning and applied as directed. Turned out just as instructions said. Very pleased. Rather cold now where we live but excited to use soon.

Both my Dad and Husband got one for father's day and it was all they talked about. I would not hesitate to buy another one. It does take some getting used to cooking with the new platform and heat distribution.

I cook mostly steaks and have more control over the external sear and internal temperature using a Blackstone over a grill
