Blackstone griddle

Just finished assembling the griddle.
Very heavy and very beefy construction!
Was surprised at how much more stable it is
compared to other grills.

This is the first griddle I've owned and my initial thoughts are positive. Assembly was easy and it appears to be well made. I'm excited to see what kind of awesome meals I can make on it.
