Just out it together which was very easy but have yet to use it. The cast griddle portion seems very thick and sturdy and everything seems well built

My wife and kids bought me this for Father's Day. Used it many times and everything has been. Great. Food stays flavorful, proteins get a great sear and stays juicy. Best present ever!!
