I received my Blackstone griddle as a retirement gift from my company. So far I can see that it is a very high quality product with great instructions for getting up and running. My only issue is that there are several screws to be loosened as part of the side tray attachments, and two of those screws - 1 on each side - were EXTREMELY tight I could not break free, resulting in stripped head on one of the screws. I had to use a screw extractor to remove it and now I need a replacement. Otherwise it's been a great experience so far.

Assembly went smooth, had issues with the original that had to be returned due to missing all its parts (handles, knobs, screws, ECT) so that’s the reason for not reviewing with 5 starts.
