I love the Blackstone but I'm missing one of the slotted washers

Got the Blackstone 28-in grill with hood put it all together and was missing one slotted washer but other than that I love it works just like an industrial Grill

We were really excited to put this together, but upon opening we found damaged pieces. Hoping for replacement parts so we can get to cooking!
