Better then a traditional grill

Everything you can cook on a grill and more with the blackstone. Made the best smash burgers, fried rice, breakfast sandwiches, etc. I love this grill.

Just out it together which was very easy but have yet to use it. The cast griddle portion seems very thick and sturdy and everything seems well built
