Our 2nd Blackstone

We traveled the country full time for 2 years and 4 months on a big shiny Airstream, our little “tabletop” Blackstone worked great while visiting 37 states, now that we’re living in a new home (and new state), we’re looking forward to cooking on a larger griddle.

Have not used it yet.
One comment: the sticker with model number and serial number is placed on the bottom section. Impossible to see it if needed.

I absolutely love my Blackstone griddle! So far I’ve made smash burgers, hot dogs, and breakfast, and everything has turned out amazing. It’s incredibly easy to use, simple to put together, and cleaning it afterward is a breeze. If you’re looking for a versatile griddle that delivers great results every time, I highly recommend the Blackstone. It has definitely become one of my favorite outdoor cooking tools!
