While the controls take a bit to get used to, the grill works great! Versatile use and easy to clean. Small so easy to store. The grill plates release and click back into place, dishwasher safe (but a soapy sponge and a rinse are usually all that's needed). Love it! Note that some users may prefer the simpler 3 dial version.

I purchased this to replace an earlier version of the griddler. This has the added feature of smokeless griddling and temperature control of upper and lower grills. I am pleased, so far, with the less smoke...or no smoke...that occurs. Very easy clean up grills in dishwasher which is a plus. I have grilled shish kabobs and pork chops. Makes grilling a pleasure, especially during the winter months!

We love the Cuisinart Griddler. This is our third one - the first "smokeless" one. Iris so easy to use and clean and cooks your food perfectly. We love it so much, that we purchased another one for my 89-year old mother who cooks for herself and she loves it too.

We have a flat top grill for outdoor cooking and were looking for a smaller option for indoor cooking. As a long time user of Cuisinart product, I searched out specifically these griddle options and decided to go with this option as it had some of the best features. We had an old school grill press but this one is so much better. Having the option to remove the grills and flip them around is the best feature, plus the digital display to perfectly set temperatures. Certainly would recommend this option after having just bought it but used over a half dozen times already.
