I bought this grill to replace an old Cuisinart grill I bought back in 2009 because Cuisinart makes an excellent grill. I like this grill as much as the other one. I did find that the directions could be a little clearer on a couple of things. I was able to figure things out without much problem. The grill works great. I like the fact that you can select the type of meat you are cooking and that there is a timer right on the grill.

This has been an outstanding experience all the way from shopping to purchasing/delivery and using the appliance! Have made at least ten panini sandwiches (main purpose for purchase) and every single one has been GREAT!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was a Christmas gift to replace an aging Cuisinart Griddler, and a after a few uses of both grill and griddle surfaces, not to mention a couple of full-press paninis, it's proven to be very even and consistent. Also consistent: to actually brown bread or pancakes, or get past rare to medium rare, or even add a sear, extra time and /or temperature must be added to the default settings. The consumer-ready settings on this appliance appear to have been programmed too cautiously. As far as ease of cleaning, though, this design is far superior to the earlier version. The central drain point is brilliant, as long as the grill is sitting on a large enough, even surface to tilt the plates correctly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was delivered to us two weeks ago, and we are in love with it. It replaces a dearly love but worn out Forman Grill. We use it almost daily for making a panini, but we have also used it for grilling tuna stakes. It is a bit more complicated than plug and go, but I love that you can control the temperture on both the upper and lower plate.
