[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this grill about a month ago. I really wanted to make a croffle. The croffle was grilled so well and we also grilled the meat. It's really convenient because you can use both sides and keep the temperature of both sides different. If you move the grilled meat to another side, you can eat it warmly. It's easy to control the temperature and it's easy to wash dishes. I highly recommend this machine!

Digital system confusing and glitchy

Have had one of these for a few years. Digital set-up is confusing, but I liked how it cooked. However, the digital system is now glitching and keeps turning off. So, we just bought a new one with dials instead, hoping for a better experience with this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve made everything from grilled cheese, burgers and kabobs to bacon and eggs. And clean up is a breeze. The plates and drip tray are dishwasher safe. I wipe down the unit with a disinfecting wipe or damp paper towel and clean up is done! Easy, healthy and tasty food in minutes.

We've only used this twice, but so far, it works very well and is super easy to clean. Took off one star because using the buttons to navigate settings is not as clear and easy as one would like, but I'm sure we'll get used to it.

Purchased this griddled as a replacement for cusinart griddler that was 45 years old and used several times a week. The new griddler has not disappointed and the electronic temperature control is nice in that you know the exact temperature of the grill.
