The directions are very simple to follow. We love how this grill can be used to cook top and bottom and the same time, from meat to pannini's and you can also lay it flat and use it as a griddle with 2 separate sections for 2 types of food!

It's really convenient because you can use both sides and keep the temperature of both sides different. If you move the grilled meat to another side, you can eat it warmly. It's easy to control the temperature and it's easy to wash dishes. I highly recommend this machine!

Digital system confusing and glitchy

Have had one of these for a few years. Digital set-up is confusing, but I liked how it cooked. However, the digital system is now glitching and keeps turning off. So, we just bought a new one with dials instead, hoping for a better experience with this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve made everything from grilled cheese, burgers and kabobs to bacon and eggs. And clean up is a breeze. The plates and drip tray are dishwasher safe. I wipe down the unit with a disinfecting wipe or damp paper towel and clean up is done! Easy, healthy and tasty food in minutes.
