Confusing Instructions. The instructions are very vague. Hard to determine what temperatures or settings to use to cook basic foods. Used beef setting to grill steaks and they ended up gray, no sear. I would recommend the griddle for making grilled/toasted sandwiches. It is easy to disassemble and clean. Also, couldn't figure out how to activate smokeless feature. Manufacturer needs to be mindful not everyone wants to go online Everytime they use this product. Simple instructions are always helpful.

I use this thing for everything! Hamburgers, hot dogs, toasting bread, chicken sandwiches, bacon and eggs. you name it and it does it! It's my favorite kitchen tool!

Easy to use. My old grill didn’t have heat settings or a timer. I really appreciate those options. Optional waffle griddle plates work great and I only have to store one appliance.
Not sure why the grill slopes down in front but the drainage is set up to go off the back. The drippings did run down the front a little and there were no drippings in the drip pan.
Overall it’s a great product. Have it 4 stars because of the dripping down the front.

I love this griddle. It is easy to use and clean up is a breeze. I love that I can cook a complete meal on the griddle. As a widow who cooks for only one now, this is so easy to set up and not have to dirty up my stove/oven. I can make a small meal just for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so surprised how good of a product is it. I used to use regular griddle and i'm in love how much better griddler turned out to be. First i tried grilled sandwiches and they come out so good not dry just right and done so quick. Then i made smores with my daughter she loved it also. Porkchops were done in few minutes no smoke just some steam. Bacon cooks very nicely and crispy. Plates detach easy and are easy to wash nothing sticks to the surface no need scrubbing just gentle wipe. Grease tray is good size and easy to wash too. Menu is fairly easy to understand takes few tries but i wouldn't say its hard. Like the feature of putting different temperatures on top and bottom. The only thing that i noticed could work better is switch on right side that allow you to rotate the top, open it and use it as extended griddle. It seems to get stuck sometimes. Also when i tried to make eggs they slide down to grease pan probably could use some form and preheat trays but i relaly didnt have issue with it. Overall im very happy with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great grill, easy to use and easy to clean up after using. So far I’ve only made small things like grilled cheese and toasted hamburger and hot dog buns, but I enjoyed using it. I can’t wait to up my game and move on to bigger dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cuisinart smoke less contact griddler is great for table top cooking in your home. So far I’ve used it to grill, make panini’s, and sear beef. It channels the grease away so it does not get smoky. Clean up is easy as well. The grates come off for easy cleaning and so far all parts have had no problem with just a wipe down.
