This contact griddler makes me a better cook. I can use the smokeless mode to cook any meats and still prepare other food for the meal. I havent used the griddle yet, but for all the meals I have made make me love it more.

I’m too lazy too go outside and grill and I also don’t like how much of a mess it is to use the cast iron grill pan because it splatters so much. This is pretty self contained for a weekday dinner that doesn’t justify the setup and cleanup of an outdoor grill. I also like the drainage system which helps keep the foods leaner by draining off the fat. I also like how it’s hidden and isnt loose and flimsy where you risk spilling it. It will still create a little smell but is minimal compared to cooking it out in the open.

Perfectly grills while the grease disappears and makes its way to the hidden removable grease trap that is built into the unit. The grilling plates can be flipped to use as a flat grill, or a grated grill. These are removable which makes for an easier wash.

This griddler has so many different functions—it can be used to grill almost anything and can also be used as a panini press. The top and the bottom fold open and each side has it’s own temperature settings—you can use one side as a griddle while using the other side to grill at the same time—make eggs on one side and grill ham or bacon in the other side. Paninis and grilled cheese come out perfectly in about 4 minutes. This griddler couldn’t be more versatile. It has become a staple in out kitchen. And cleanup is a breeze!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this little grill/griddler and find myself finding ways to use it. It has so many different functions from a grill, griddler to a panini press. With the simple flip of your plates you can grill your meats while sautéing some fresh veggies on the other side. Grilled cheese are so easy to make and come out so perfect! Now no more standing outside in the rain or overheating trying to get that grilled food when I can use my smokeless indoor grill. Clean up is so simple and easy with makes me want to use it even more. I only took away a star simply because it does take some reading and practice to get used to the controls but once you do it is so worth it.

We love our smokeless grill! We use it almost every day, it sits right on our counter. We make pancakes, quesadillas, yummy grilled sandwiches,(it has replaced our sandwich press!) and of course grilled meats! It's so easy and foolproof to use, even my 11 year old can use it! Definitely one of my favorite 2 appliances! My favorite part is how it cleans up so easily!
