The unit cooks ok but the control panel to set the time and type of cooking is not very responsive or easy to operate.

It does a great job at grilling, however, the controls to set grilling preferences are confusing at best. In addition, when opening the griddle to use both surfaces simultaneously one side does not lay flat. This causes oil or pancake batter, etc. to run off the griddle.
