We purchased this griddle to replace one that had non-removable plates and also it was very old. We have been very happy with this purchase and it is so much easier to clean now that it has removable plates and we love everything about this griddle!

Works very good for what it does. It does take some time to figure out how to set the cooking settings. Someone with little patience might get a little frustrated pushing the buttons to get the right setting.

I love this product, especially the smokeless feature which was why I had it in my gift list. A major con though is the difficulty of operation when I began using it because the enclosed directions are not clear and it took too much trial and error to learn how to operate.

Griddler was purchased within the last two months. I did a lot of research on line on all different electric griddlers before making this purchase and it paid off. This Griddler cooks evenly and at proper temperature. Foods tastes delicious. Easy clean up. Takes up a small amount of space to store and/or use. So far, I have no complaints and I would purchase it again.
