Pretty good design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great idea! Definitely better then Irobot and for the price it's pretty well design. Only reason it's not a 5 is because the whole for vacuum is very small. I have two shedding dogs and it got clogged. Once in a while it gets lost making circles.

Early Read: I've had the Bespoke Jet Bot for two days now, and from what I can tell it is the best all-around robot / mop vacuum on the market today. I've been obsessed with robots for the better part of 10 years and have developed some very specific requirements: 1) The navigation of the robot must be Lidar based. While I can appreciate the camera approach, I find them JV at best. Cameras don't work in the dark, they struggle significantly if your living space is window dominant (in my case, the living/dining area of my condo has floor to ceiling windows on three sides, of which reflections utterly confuse cameras). 2) The unit must be self-emptying / self-replenishing. 3) Corporate headquarters outside of the PRC (not to be confused with manufacturing which is fine). My condo is 2000 sq. ft, has an open floor layout for common spaces, a mix of low and high pile carpets, and hardwood floors throughout the entire unit. Initial setup was a breeze, and placement while thought provoking was easy enough to decide upon. The first mapping event was absolutely incredible - took somewhere around 10-15mins and did not get caught on a single item (we have all the requisite booby traps). The map was the single most accurate map I've ever seen of any of these products (NEATO, iRobot, Deebot); the 2D / 3D toggle even further differentiates mapping excellence. Room identification was perfect, and charging allowed me to customize room names and virtual demarcation lines. A major distinction for the Jet Bot is that the object recognition camera ensured that the unit didn't get caught on furniture legs, wires, pet toys. This is particularly important because it makes things like no-go zones almost irrelevant; there is no need to intentionally cordon off areas that the vacuum already recognizes and avoids on its own. When it came to actual vacuuming and mopping, the unit performed admirably based on my configurations of room order of operation, level of thoroughness, and how to approach the sequence of vacuuming and mopping. The unit methodically approached every room, paused every 20mins to wash the pads back at the base, and redocked after about 90mins to recharge. This is the first vacuum of about 10 units over the years that I have been able to setup and forget. It did not get caught, it did not get lost, it did not flag an inexplicable fault. Is it worth the money? That is a personal assessment, but for me, the unit is worth every penny. While it ranks amongst the most pricey units, it has all the necessities and actually works: 1) Lidar, 2) Camera based objection detection, 3) self-maintaining in terms of vacuum extraction and water replenishment, 4) not headquartered in the PRC, 5) robust app capabilities, real time monitoring, and 6) Camera that you can use for home security/assessments. For those who care about the points I consider important, the Samsung vacuum is as good as it gets.

Not worth the money.

I’m very unsatisfied with this purchase and wish I would have saved my money. It doesn’t pick up much as is and misses a majority of each room. The spin brush is constantly needing cleaned out as my long hair tangles it in one use. I thought the whole purpose of a self cleaning robot vacuum and mop was that it would be self sufficient but if you aren’t home while it’s cleaning it’s unusable and pointless. And when you are home while it’s cleaning it needs help every 5 minutes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have only had this unit about a week but so far I am very impressed. It mops and vaccums well and has some really cool features. I have 4 dogs and this unit has been great about picking up thier hair and mopping up the mud from when they go in and out of the house. I would like to see a bit better edge and corner performance, but all in all this is a great machine. I bought this on a black friday sale at a significant discount, so I am very happy with the decison. If I would have had to pay full price, I would have possibly considered some of the competitors with more comprehensive edge and corner performance.
I had the prior version of this unit and it was not great. I returned it for a Shark. I wanted a unit that mopped so I decided to try Samsung again and I am extremley happy I did.

Jet Bot Combo AI edge cleaning almost non existant

The Combo AI robot vacuum barely cleans the wall edges while vacuuming and mopping as well. Almost 2 inches from the wall almost had all the white stuff I poured to test the edge cleaning. Check the attached videos. A robo vacuum at this price with such performance is surprising to say the least.. However, other regular areas that it does clean up (vacuum or mop), it does a good job. Not just the edges. The way the mop pads are position at the rear with respect to the curvature of the robo itself, it seems like it was never meant to mop close to the wall when it goes in a straight line next to the wall. Same is the case with the brush. Hardly touches the edge of the wall when the robo moves in a straight line alongside the wall. So design wise, it does not look like it was meant to clean close to the edge. So I am not sure if I am missing any setting that would fix this.
Apart from occasionally missing the the door mat and not finding the clean station about a foot away and sitting there, the most annoying is the missing of the functionality. A Robo Vacuum/Mop that does not clean the wall edges for the premium price is a BIG let down for a BESPOKE top of the line product.

Awesome robot vacuum & mop combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Bespoke Jet Bot Combo in July 2024. I also own Jet Bot AI+ vacuum for 1st floor and Jet Bot Vacuum for my Master Bedroom. This Jet Bot Combo to take care the whole 1st floor (3000 SqFt). As you can see I have experience with Samsung robot vacuum and let me tell you they’re very easy to use and durable. The vacuum and mop cleaning are superb. I schedule MWF for vacuuming and Saturday for Mopping.
The Combo unit is very smart, automate and self contained. Wash and sanitize the mop itself. The only thing I do is to replenish the clean water and throw the dirty water.
I definitely recommend for this Combo but since I have this Combo for only a month. I can’t say about the durability, hope it will have the same qualities as my other 2 jet bot vacuums.
