Superior Robot Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used automated robotic vacuums for over 15 years, and this is by far the best. The LiDAR mapping feature is top-notch, making the initial mapping of your space quick and accurate. I have two dogs and dark hardwood floors, so hair is a constant problem in our house. The Samsung Bespoke does a great job of keeping the fur away while providing a seamless mopping run simultaneously. The mop heads are on the back of the robot, which means there are no tire tracks left behind. You can customize the map with how much water you'd like to use or designate areas as no-go zones. Additionally, you can place virtual walls on the map, eliminating the need for battery-powered towers to keep the robot out of certain areas.
Another impressive feature is the ability to control the robot through an app. This app allows you to schedule cleaning times, choose specific rooms or zones to clean, and even monitor the vacuum's progress in real time. The app is user-friendly and offers a variety of settings to fine-tune the cleaning experience to your preferences. For instance, you can set different cleaning modes for different types of flooring or adjust the suction power depending on the level of dirt.
The battery life is excellent, allowing for extended cleaning sessions without needing frequent recharging. The robot can automatically return to its charging dock when the battery is low and resume cleaning once it’s recharged. This ensures that even larger homes can be cleaned without much manual intervention.
However, while this is the best robot vacuum I have used, the documentation could use some improvement. It took me a while to get the settings right to allow the mop to run over carpeted areas to get to another area to mop. The default SMART setting caused this task to fail 90% of the time. Better guidance in the manual or more intuitive app instructions would have saved me a lot of time and frustration.
In summary, the Samsung Bespoke is a top-tier robotic vacuum with advanced features like LiDAR mapping, customizable cleaning settings, and a user-friendly app. Despite some shortcomings in the documentation, its performance in maintaining clean floors, especially in homes with pets, makes it a worthwhile investment.

It Mops!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, it really is easy to set up. Just unbox and add water. I am unsure how it all works, but the AI Object Recognition and AI Floor Detect seemed to work well. My area was mapped then I set for just vacuum. Did a great job. I then set to mop, and it worked as well! I like the Obstacle Avoidance system as it stops befor running into an obstical. my old one actually bumped into things, and left mars. The Clean Station says it has Steam Sanitation, Auto Wash, Auto Dry, and Auto Dust Empty. The unit actually tells you through a speaker that it is doing each step. Again, I do not know how LiDAR Navigation works, but it does. I just used smart things to set the mode and turn it on from work. Again, very cool! Early on, but initial impressions are great!

That vacuum is definitely artificial intelligent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really cool gadget that I never knew I needed. To start its bigger than I thought, holds a lot of clean water, dust, and dirty water. Won't need to empty or fill too often which is a plus. Was very easy to set up, didn't look at the instructions once. Self explanatory. It mapped out my house very fast, able to navigate around all obstacles. Picks up the dirty with great precision. It knew what part of my house was the kitchen, dinning room, living room. The self clean part is amazing, all I have to do is empty dust, dirty water, and fill with clean water. Only uses water no chemicals don't need to continue spending on it after initial purchase. Being able to set it on a clean schedule while no one is home is great since I have 2 toddlers and they follow it every where, caught the 2 year old sitting on it. Surprisingly it held very well and carried him (don't recommend allow them to use it as a hover board though haha). Connecting and controlling through the smarthings app. Added features I did not anticipate is the pet care. Can notify if dogs are barking, can locate pet and allow me to see them live on camera, play music to entertain pet. Everyone that had seen it is intrigued by it. I love it so far and can't wait to clean out house less. Relax and let it vacuum and mop the floor!

Love our Combo Robot Vacuum and Mop

We have used separate mopping and vacuum robots in the past and have not liked the fact that the mop required specific cleaner to work. Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo AI Robot Vacuum and Mop with All-in-One Clean Station with Auto Steam only requires water to function keeping the tower easy to maintain and keeps the floors chemical free for our dog. The capacity to hold water and dust is large, limiting the need to empty or fill water often. It is easy to set up and organize routines using the SmartThings app. Our house appliances are Samsung so it is great to use one app for all of them. It mapped out our apartment pretty easily and is able to distinguish obstacles without avoiding huge areas. The noise level is much lower, so we can easily start it when we are around as well. I like the camera function to check on our dog who likes hanging under our bed frame. It cleans so well that I can finally wear black socks and do not have so much dog hair underneath. I highly recommend it.

Love the AI feature

I like that it can be used as a Vacuum or a mop and I can control which to use in the smart things app. It even cleans the mop pads with steam and empties the debris in a container. I like that this robot is smarter and more hands off than my previous robot. My favorite part of this Vacuum is the AI object recognition because I don't have to worry about it sucking up charging cords or shoe laces.

This has changed my cleaning life!

I just love how much the Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo AI has made my cleaning life so much easier! I love waking up to freshly vacuumed and moped floors each morning. My cleaning routine used to be for me to vacuum every other day. This helper tackles both vacuuming and mopping at the same time and even empties its own dust bin and cleans its mop heads! What's even better is it takes itself back to charge if it needs to and picks right back up after. The AI object recognition is awesome - it navigates around my son's toys, furniture, and other items with great care not bumping into it
The All-in-One Clean Station is easy to use as well. Just add fresh water every couple of days, and empty our the old dirty water. It automatically empties into the the dustbin inside the All in One Clean station and from time to time you empty out that part. It washes the mop pads with hot water and steam and refills itself with water when needed. My old mop is jealous.
It is a pro at knowing when it goes over a rug to keep vacuuming but stop the mop heads from touching the floor so it does not get wet. The suction is powerful enough to pick up all the crumbs, dirt, and pet hair my boy leaves behind. It is so nice to wake up to a clean floor It is also not very noisy so I have mine programmed to run each night after we go to bed. I simply set the routine program easily in the Smart Things app on my phone and choose how and when it should turn on automatically. I don't have to worry about a thing!
I can easily turn it off and send it back to its station if I need to as well. I can also see the map of the rooms where it has been vacuumed and where it still has to go. No more guessing if the robot vacuumed in a spot or room or not. I no longer use a pinball vacuum like my old one and do not know where it goes after bouncing off something.
I highly, highly highly say you need to get it. Especially if you love a good clean floor and hate mopping like me. Get it, it is a game changer and I just love it.
