Needs Improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a steep learning curve to figuring out all the settings. I definitely have to keep an eye on it while it's running. The vacuum frequently gets "caught" in rooms with a hard floor to carpet transition. It also needs help to get up the ramp back into the dock. I wish it there were a sensor to know when the dust bin was full and empty automatically when full. Instead it will continue attempting to vacuum when full and makes a mess. I would love to set a routine to clean my whole house and empty as needed, but the only thing that works is to do one or two rooms at a time. Otherwise it seems to vacuum well and is thorough. I haven't tried mopping yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smart, practical, helpful, and now essential. My Samsung Bespoke Vacuum robot has been a tremendously valuable investment for my house eliminating the need for me to vacuum or mop manually. The robot is highly intelligent from mapping out my house, to deciding different levels of suction and being able to adjust water levels depending on your need. It does a great job of detecting dirt and stains, and cleaning very thoroughly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Decent for Quick Mops, Misses Some Spots

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mopping function does a decent job with light messes, but sometimes it misses corners or leaves streaks. It's handy for quick cleans but not a substitute for deep mopping. Battery life is good, but the mop tank capacity could be larger.

It vacuums and mops at the same time, which means I get twice the work done without lifting a finger. The smart navigation is awesome—it finds its way around the house like a pro and doesn’t miss a spot. I just set it up and let it do its thing. Honestly, it’s been a great buy and makes keeping my place clean way easier.
