Nice little helper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the convenience of it. It does help to keep the house cleaner and I love coming home to a cleaner house. It does have its limitations and for a while it was having issues automatically emptying the bin. When I called support they wanted me to ship it for repair but the problem seems to have selfresolved. I am concerned with the durability of the brushes and just keeping hair out of the moving parts as it does get tangled, also, its not great on edges and returning to the station. I hope some of these issues get improved with software updates
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product worked great until the first 6 months and then it started having sensor issues as it wasn't detecting wires and would always tangle.
The battery also started dieing.
There is no AI in this product. Its just marketing

If a sensor becomes contaminated, it may affect performance. Also, as the battery is used over time, the battery charging time and usage time decreases. In this case, contact Customer Service.
We have provided the user manual for your model. You may refer to page 11 of the user manual for details about using the battery and page 42 about cleaning and maintaining the sensor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love not having to physically vacuum anymore. this little guy takes care of it for me now. This really is a game changer. It vacuums, mops, empties the dustbin and even washes and dries the mop pads with steam, so they're always fresh. The AI feature is impressive. it knows how to navigate my home with many rooms and obstacles (i have 2 small children so toys are always laying around everywhere). It also can detect carpet very well. This vac is a bit pricey but honestly it is well worth the investment!

Advance Robot Vacuum without a Crucial Feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a very good product. It's easy to maintain and did the cleaning pretty well. The reason I only give it a four star was because the Smart Things design was not good enough for this advance Robot Vacuum. I can't believe this device can't be scheduled to clean specific room or area. This is a very standard feature which exists in many years ago of a simple and cheap robot vacuum. It's very disappointing that a such expensive and advanced robot vacuum can't support such feature. Hope Samsung can get this feature added in the new future.
