A really advanced vacuum but lacking in some ways

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love my vaccum as much as everyone else seems to, but I found some things to be challenging and difficult.
Firstly, it is a nice sized unit, and set up was pretty straightforward. It is nice that it is self contained and it seems to run very well, and collects a lot of dirt each and every time. It certainly take sa lot of pressure off of me to help keep the house clean.
Unfortunately, I have noticed some issues with two main things:
1) I found that the mapping of my home wasn't accurate, and the app was very buggy when I tried to re-draw the lines of the rooms of my house.
2) I have a multi floor home and there seems to be no easy way to set the vacuum up to move it between floors. I kind of just have to let it start on the first floor where the unit is, and then physically lift it up the stairs, while it starts to alert me that something isn't right.
3) The app is surpringly buggy. I have 2 Samsung TVs, one fridge, and a washer and dryer all on the app and everything runs very smooth on it, so this was a bit surprising.
4) The convenience of having the auto wash, dry, dust empty and refill in one machine where I don't need to come in contact with the dirt very often was a true gamechanger. I really loved it. It was disturbing yet satisfying to see how much dirt and mess was picked up each time, and how strong the mop and vacuum really were. My messy toddlers were no match for this device, the vacuum really collected everything!

Great vacuum

I was impressed especially by how the vacuum is able to clean itself and switch out the mop pads. My living room hasn't looked this clean in a long time. I love this vacuum, and I am very glad I purchased it.

Love the efficiency!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good vacuum and mop. Robot is loud. Wish the robot could vacuum and mop at same time. First it has to sweep...goes to recharge then gets the mops to mop floor. Very user friendly. Works work in samsung app.

Fantastic and efficient Combo Robot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Jet Bot Combo does a great job. Mopping is not intended to be deep cleaning. As long as the floors are relatively clean the Combo robot does a great job maintaining the space. The spaces that are mopped end up fairly dry once the robot passes through the space. Suction power and dog hair/ dirt pick up is fantastic for an automatic vacuum. Scheduling is fully programmable and very user friendly
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't waste your momey

I wouldn't even waste your money on this. Ive sent mine back atleast 6 time in a year. I clean the floors before I send it around. The sensors stop working and just goes around in circles. The brush gets hair wrapped around it. You will spend more time cleaning this vacuum and on the phone with samsung then you will be using it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
