[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can't this thing do. The Jet Bot Combo AI can identify objects in its path and avoid them. This can help to prevent the robot from getting stuck or damaging your furniture. It's like I have my own little cleaning robot from the Jetsons.
The robot can automatically adjust its cleaning power based on the type of floor it is cleaning. This helps to ensure that your carpets get a deep clean, while your hard floors are not damaged.
It also has mop pads that can be adjusted based on your floor type. The mop pads on the Jet Bot Combo AI can be automatically lifted or detached when the robot is moving from carpet to hard floors. This helps to prevent the robot from tracking dirt and moisture from your hard floors onto your carpets.

Great Robot Vacuum/Mop

The Jet Bot Combo AI can identify objects in its path and avoid them. This can help to prevent the robot from getting stuck or damaging your furniture. The Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo AI Robot does a fantastic job of keeping our home looking good. Honestly, every day, after returning from work, the floors are neatly cleaned and mopped, which is a huge stress reducer. It’s comforting to come home to a clean house without having to put in the effort yourself.
Our home has a lot of floors that need to be mopped, and each day, the robot uses about 2 liters of its 4-liter water capacity. This allows us to refill the water only every other day, which is very convenient. The dust bags are also very large, holding significantly more volume than those of previous robot cleaners. This means we don’t have to empty them as often, adding to the overall convenience of the device.
One of the standout features of the Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo AI Robot is its excellent navigation system. Unlike some other robotic vacuums, this one doesn’t need to bump into walls to know where to stop. The LiDAR mapping technology ensures precise navigation, preventing unnecessary collisions and ensuring thorough cleaning without causing any damage to our walls or furniture. The robot moves around obstacles with ease, and its smart sensors help it to avoid areas where it might get stuck.

Best combo vacuum ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo AI has really reduced my cleaning time! This Jet Bot is a powerhouse vacuuming and moping my hardwood and tile floor seamlessly and reducing the strain on my back. With a full house and 3 fur babies, the AI object recognition is a must have. It navigates around dog toys and my furniture like a boss. The extra large clean water and dirty water capacity is astounding. The fact that I only have to add fresh water or empty the dirty water once a week makes this a must have. Using the SmartThings app to name rooms, setup routines and check cleaning progress all at my fingertips is refreshing. I absolutely love how the Jet Bot combo can detect the various floor types in my home and adjusts based on the type. I was concerned about the mop on my carpet but to my surprise the mop pads lift when it encounters carpet. The vacuums powerful suction literally picks up the tiniest crumbs, mud and pet hair from my fur babies.
This Samsung Jet Bot combo is a must have, you will not be disappointed!

GREAT after I figured out the app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love my new Jet Bot Combo AI Robot Vacuum and Mop but only after I figured out how to use the app. And it was actually a simple swipe up of the finger that solved everything. So I am going to tell you what I discovered so you don’t have to be as frustrated as I was. The vacuum is very easy to assemble and setup in the station. You fill it with water and charge it and it’s ready to go. You have to download the Smart Things app to use the additional features of the mop/vac and the additional features are why I wanted it in the first place. Like scheduling cleaning, knowing water level, room customization, home monitoring, driving mode and suction strength along with several other things. The first picture I have included shows the map of my home after the robot mapped it. Didn’t take long. Maybe 10 minutes. Along the bottom of the picture it gives you the options of how you want to clean. Mop, Vacuum or Combo. When I got to that first page after mapping I was wanting to look for the other features and couldn’t find them anywhere. What I did not do was swipe up on the small vertical line above and to the right of Fully Charged. Doing that revealed all the additional features of this wonderful JetBot. I love that it can mop or vacuum or both. I love the mapping feature because the different areas are named and you can pick which area you want to clean. The auto dustbin emptying as well as auto water emptying and mop cleaning is HUGE to me. I have used my robot for a week and I haven’t emptied the big bin in the station yet. I don’t like that the robot doesn’t detect when the dustbin is full and empty it and then resume cleaning. It only empties at the end of it’s cleaning cycle. It is fairly quiet and the mop does a decent job. It wouldn’t be good for muddy floors but it does a good job with maintenance cleaning. It has not gotten stuck once and recognizes obstacles really well. I love that on the app you can put a line across a stairwell so the robot knows it has to stop there. There are still features I am still learning about every day and thus far I am delighted with my Jet Bot.

Consistently clean floors NOW

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great purchase. We have a dog and dog hair is always a problem as well as doggie footprints all over the tile. This Jet Bot will suck up all that dog hair AND clean up the doggie footprints and my floors have never been this clean. The Smart Things app is how you control it. It maps out your home and it is surprisingly accurate. From the app you tell the bot what you want it to do. And then ON THE APP you can watch it maneuver through your home. I have attached a picture of my app with the tracks the bot makes of where it’s been. You can see it as the white lines all over the blue area named Room. I can be upstairs and check on my phone to see how far it’s gotten with the floor cleaning. Brilliant! It empties the dustbin and water automatically after each clean into a bigger bin in the station so you will not be emptying anything on daily basis. Maybe once every week or two, I am guessing, because I haven’t emptied mine yet and it’s been over a week of use. This has a hefty price tag but to me it’s totally worth it. Best robot cleaner I have ever had.

A stunning upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart robot vacuum has been a miracle upgrade from our older first generation models which have long been struggling with our dog’s double coated hair! It is not only significantly quieter than our previous vacuums, it also moves in a much more elegant fashion — no longer rudely bumping into our furniture, walls, and tables and startling our dog!! In fact the first time we ran the robot, our dog simply watched from the safety of his bed without running after the robot in fear of it knocking over something on our coffee table or pushing his blankets into the corner. These two factors alone, coupled with its effective suction, are already convincing enough for me to recommend this new Samsung JetBot. But the addition of smart AI avoidance means we don’t need to run around pre-vacuuming and picking our dog’s things to ensure our robot completes its task — we can actually just let it run itself without worry and pre-care! It can empty and charge itself without getting stuck in our bathrooms and we can luckily trust it to get the job done. While we don’t quite use the mopping function as much due to our hardwood’s specific chemical requirements, knowing we have that feature for other areas of the home is great. The mapping is accurate, and we love the ability to spot clean and amazingly… use the live view to check on our home!!!! What an ingenious feature. All in all, an amazing addition to our home care arsenal!

Samsung proved me wrong

I was against buying this vacuum because of the price but my husband was persistent so we pulled the trigger. I am so glad we bought this unit it is worth ever penny. The navigation works so well it shocked me. The mopping feature allows us to mop twice a week with out lifting a finger. The pads on the mop get steam cleaned eliminating any bad smells. The smart things app is super Intuitive I'm not a tec women and even I understand how to program daily cleanings. Trust me if you are in the market for a robot vacuum this one is a winner
