Good at first but needs constant maintenance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was great at first, but it later started to make louder sound, the sweeping brush also tends to get hairs tangled up which later causes it to not rotate. If you are good about maintenance it should be ok.

It worked really well at first, but over time things like hair getting stuck and the noise can take away from that smooth start. We would love to help.
If the operational noise increases, we recommend switching the Jet Bot Combo to Energy-Saving mode and emptying the dustbin. Hair can easily get tangled around the JetBot’s brush, which may affect its performance. To keep it running smoothly and avoid interruptions, check and clean the brush at least once a week—especially if you have long hair or pets that shed. If you notice the brush slowing down or the performance dropping, cleaning it more frequently is a good idea.

The Vacuum terrible Applience to be considered

I really don't recommend this product. I've always trusted Samsung's quality, but it's unacceptable that after only a year and minimal use, it's already broken. The battery is faulty, and the charging port isn't working properly. The worst part is the support I've received from Samsung. I've tried several times to get a warranty for this product, but unfortunately, since it was an online purchase and I don't have the original receipt, they can't provide it. They know that with the serial number, it would be much easier to track it since I bought it through their website. In short, I think this will be the last time I buy Samsung, and I certainly won't recommend them.

Poor design and execution

I have had very similar experience to others but after reading Samsung's responce to other complaints I feel like I need to add my experience. Saying these vacuums are not meant to replace normal large vacuums does not align with your marketing, please don't blame your customers. Cleaning the unit properly requires significant effort including tipping the whole base unit to get at access pannels underneth. It handles hair porrly because of design choices in the brush assembly. Poor gasket and latching design in the wastewater tank causes loss of suction and water build up. I could go on but you get the point
In my case in a recent cleaning we have found that we were warned by the unit of an issue with the cleaning tray only after it allowed water to overflow and throughout the vacuum pump, bag, and filter to the point that rust from teh motor was clogging the filter. This could have beeen avoided by making better design choices at a number of steps.
I just wish we found more of these issues before the warentee ran out.
I have many Samsung products that made me think paying for this high end uniti woud be worth it. Samsung I am curious how you intend to turn this to me like you did other negative commenters...

Advance robotic vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great robotic vacuum with many advance features. However, sometimes technology can get in its own way and that is what this vacuum epitomizes. Many times the vacuum (or the app) will complain that something is stuck in one of its wheels - upon inspection there is nothing - and you have to reset the whole thing for it to working again. We love this robot but a little more resilience would be nice.

Good with challenges

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great robotic vacuum when it works - hence the three stars. It is packed with amazing technology and have tons of features including mopping. The challenge is that the technology sometimes get in its own way. This robotic vacuum is supposed to auto charge and auto empty but most times it gets stuck going onto it’s base station and starts complaining that something is stuck - we have spent hours trying to figure out what was stuck only to find out there was nothing there.
All in all a good robotic vacuum but certainly needs significant improvements.

POOR PRODUCT

I really wanted to give it minus 5 stars (-5 stars). The operating quality of the vacuum cleaner is VERY POOR! No quality assurance was done on the product before putting it out in the market. It jams easily: does not clean properly, leaving crumbs and particles on the floor; does not clean all areas even when you it is set to do so. Access to maintenance is poor. This product way too expensive for it to be malfunctioning on a daily. When I leave for work and it is turned to clean, it does not complete the cycle without being jammed and it stays jammed until I get back from work. This is unacceptable. I shall be making a tik tok video to address these issues. Don't waste your money. Stay away from this product!

Bespoke Jet Bot Vac/Mop - Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the product is good. The app is very easy to use and schedule automatic cleanings. I love the amount of choices and options for the vac/mop. The device runs pretty quietly and quickly. The spinning mop heads are much preferred to the mop pads other devices just sort of drag along on the back of their brand of device.
Areas of improvement would be size of dust bin, quality of vacuum (it can leave small particles behind) and I wish you could schedule individual rooms with the scheduler, but it seems you can only do the entire floor of the house.
