[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The robot mopping vac is a game changer in our house! It has excellent suction on both hard surfaces and carpet, does a great job mopping both hardwoods and tile, and navigates better than any of the other "large" brand robot vacs we have had. We would highly recommend this product!

Don't waste your momey

I wouldn't even waste your money on this. Ive sent mine back atleast 6 time in a year. I clean the floors before I send it around. The sensors stop working and just goes around in circles. The brush gets hair wrapped around it. You will spend more time cleaning this vacuum and on the phone with samsung then you will be using it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It cleans effectively, picks up dust and debris well, and is especially convenient for keeping floors tidy with minimal effort. The navigation is generally reliable, and it handles everyday messes without much trouble.
The main downside is the maintenance. It requires more frequent cleaning than expected—emptying the bin, untangling hair from the brush, and keeping the sensors clean can add up. It’s definitely something to be aware of if you’re looking for a more “set it and forget it” experience.
Overall, it’s a good robot vacuum that delivers on cleaning performance, but just be prepared for regular upkeep.

Fantastic and efficient Combo Robot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Jet Bot Combo does a great job. Mopping is not intended to be deep cleaning. As long as the floors are relatively clean the Combo robot does a great job maintaining the space. The spaces that are mopped end up fairly dry once the robot passes through the space. Suction power and dog hair/ dirt pick up is fantastic for an automatic vacuum. Scheduling is fully programmable and very user friendly
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke within six months

I should have believed the bad reviews. Avoid at all costs and vacuum broke within six months. Trying to get repaired through warranty service has also been a headache and I doubt this vacuum will last after the repair. Avoid at all costs.
