Jet Bot Combo AI edge cleaning almost non existant

The Combo AI robot vacuum barely cleans the wall edges while vacuuming and mopping as well. Almost 2 inches from the wall almost had all the white stuff I poured to test the edge cleaning. Check the attached videos. A robo vacuum at this price with such performance is surprising to say the least.. However, other regular areas that it does clean up (vacuum or mop), it does a good job. Not just the edges. The way the mop pads are position at the rear with respect to the curvature of the robo itself, it seems like it was never meant to mop close to the wall when it goes in a straight line next to the wall. Same is the case with the brush. Hardly touches the edge of the wall when the robo moves in a straight line alongside the wall. So design wise, it does not look like it was meant to clean close to the edge. So I am not sure if I am missing any setting that would fix this.
Apart from occasionally missing the the door mat and not finding the clean station about a foot away and sitting there, the most annoying is the missing of the functionality. A Robo Vacuum/Mop that does not clean the wall edges for the premium price is a BIG let down for a BESPOKE top of the line product.

Not worth the money.

I’m very unsatisfied with this purchase and wish I would have saved my money. It doesn’t pick up much as is and misses a majority of each room. The spin brush is constantly needing cleaned out as my long hair tangles it in one use. I thought the whole purpose of a self cleaning robot vacuum and mop was that it would be self sufficient but if you aren’t home while it’s cleaning it’s unusable and pointless. And when you are home while it’s cleaning it needs help every 5 minutes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome robot vacuum & mop combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Bespoke Jet Bot Combo in July 2024. I also own Jet Bot AI+ vacuum for 1st floor and Jet Bot Vacuum for my Master Bedroom. This Jet Bot Combo to take care the whole 1st floor (3000 SqFt). As you can see I have experience with Samsung robot vacuum and let me tell you they’re very easy to use and durable. The vacuum and mop cleaning are superb. I schedule MWF for vacuuming and Saturday for Mopping. The Combo unit is very smart, automate and self contained. Wash and sanitize the mop itself. The only thing I do is to replenish the clean water and throw the dirty water. I definitely recommend for this Combo but since I have this Combo for only a month. I can’t say about the durability, hope it will have the same qualities as my other 2 jet bot vacuums.

Frustratingly Complex

This product was Samsungs big player in a robot mop and vacuum industry where IRobot had begun to fail as a company. With their amazing reputation for making intelligent products that are well designed and easy to learn, I anticipated this product to be spectacular.
What I got was quite a bit shy.
As someone who has owned more than my fair share of robot vacuums, something samsung does well is the robots maintenance. For the most part, with one exception, I dont find myself needing to replace water/bags/emptying all that often, despite running it 3 times a week. I love that. The more "set and forget" a robot is, the happier I am to have saved time using it. That is the point after all isnt it?
Well, I wish I could say the same about the filters. The irony of a mop/vacuum in one unit is that it frequently vacuums up moisture, which clogs its premotor filter. That thing gets gross and grimy to a horrible degree. I find myself cleaning it out almost weekly.
Another complaint I have is the "AI Pathing". Its horrible. If you so much as rotate the base station, it fails to find its location. Where Irobots vacuums will do a little scout run so it can sort itself out, Samsungs bespoke will just *go*, operating on zero information and will ignore no-go and room restrictions. It is horrible. At no point while cleaning with no information does the robot even attempt to figure out where it is after the initial search.
Which leads me into complaint 3. It has zero self preservation when it comes to running stuff over. It wont look to see whats in the way, or detect objects. It just runs them over, and 9 times out of 10, I find it stuck somewhere because it ran over a power cord, or somehow a sock somewhere got aggressively sucked into the mechanisms.
Then theres the app. Half the time it claims it cant connect to the vacuum, and drawing maps is a horrible pain. Besides not having the tools most other apps have that let you make straight lines, it also "decides" if your room meets its criteria. Im sorry samsung, that my bathroom doesnt meet your predetermined universal laws for how big a bathroom SHOULD be, but my bathroom is my bathroom. It is small, and it is mine. Because of this, my modest bathroom MUST be a part of my kitchen (Or I must slice off a section of my kitchen and declare it bathroom space).
The mops like to keep spinning, even when disengaged, and as a result it tracks water on my carpet. It doesnt lift them up high enough off the ground so as not to contact my carpet either, even though my carpet is nothing fancy.
There are random spots in my house that it decides via coin flip if it feels like getting stuck. Like around the toilet or under the lip of my sink. It fits, it just decides that today is the day it doesnt feel like finishing the job.
Dont get me started on its pathing. The amount of space it misses, especially around the edges of rooms is disgraceful. The mopping surface area is poor at best, and given that the manual tells you NEVER to use cleaning products in the mop water, or on the floor as mopping, I tend to believe its not doing all that great of a job sanitizing, and more so just smearing smudges and messes everywhere.
The design of the roller brush is absolutely atrocious, and is a nightmare to clean. There's hair and gunk inside the sides that I can see, but the ends are not removable to allow for basic maintenance of the roller brush like you could if you bought Irobot.
All in all, its function is terrible. Go buy any other vacuum product.

Good at first but needs constant maintenance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was great at first, but it later started to make louder sound, the sweeping brush also tends to get hairs tangled up which later causes it to not rotate. If you are good about maintenance it should be ok.

It worked really well at first, but over time things like hair getting stuck and the noise can take away from that smooth start. We would love to help.
If the operational noise increases, we recommend switching the Jet Bot Combo to Energy-Saving mode and emptying the dustbin. Hair can easily get tangled around the JetBot’s brush, which may affect its performance. To keep it running smoothly and avoid interruptions, check and clean the brush at least once a week—especially if you have long hair or pets that shed. If you notice the brush slowing down or the performance dropping, cleaning it more frequently is a good idea.

I really wanted to give it minus 5 stars (-5 stars). The operating quality of the vacuum cleaner is VERY POOR! No quality assurance was done on the product before putting it out in the market. It jams easily: does not clean properly, leaving crumbs and particles on the floor; does not clean all areas even when you it is set to do so. Access to maintenance is poor. This product way too expensive for it to be malfunctioning on a daily. When I leave for work and it is turned to clean, it does not complete the cycle without being jammed and it stays jammed until I get back from work. This is unacceptable. I shall be making a tik tok video to address these issues. Don't waste your money. Stay away from this product!

Stopped working after 5 months of use

Stay away from Samsung. My vacuum stopped working just five months after purchase. Since I started using it a few months after buying it, it's not covered under warranty. There's no option to get it serviced without a warranty, and Samsung even canceled my repair request because of this.
