Impressive Robot Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke Jet Bot Combo Robot vacuum is amazing. First off, let us welcome the Jet Bot to the family, and we named her Alice. Alice is one smart cookie; she can automatically adjust to the different types of flooring in the house. Alice can manage the pet hair, crumbs and all the other messes the Bradybunch leaves behind on the floor. With the app I can easily manage her, check her status and more. I can set specific cleaning times. The suction power is incredible. Not only does Alice vacuum the floors, but she also mops the floors, she is amazing. I am expressed with how well Alice covers the floors wall to wall, with no spot left behind. Super easy to set up, it takes about an hour to fully charge the vacuum after set -up, please be sure to download the Smart Things APP. The first time you map out the house, Alice will scan and get to know the layout. I love using the App. It shows me exactly where Alice is! With the App I can set zones, set up and set up cleaning times. She is smart and knows enough not to mop the area rugs, she does an amazing job on my tile and hard wood flooring. The steam option, I like, sanitizes, and cleans the mop brushes. The extra-large clean water and dirty water reservoir is outstanding. I like that I only need to add fresh water once a week and empty the dirty water once a week. It also drains the dirty water and refills with clean water. Alice is smart and will not bump into your furniture or walls while vacuuming or mopping. Her LIDAR Navigation with 3D mapping, she detects all the rooms and furniture creating an accurate 2D/3D layout of the house. After Alice is finished with her cleaning tasks, she returns to her home base to rest and charge up. This vacuum/ mop combo is a game changer.

MY SAVING GRACE!

I can’t say enough good things about the Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo Robot Vacuum and Mop with All-in-One Clean Station with Auto Steam! I was highly anticipating its arrival, and I will say it’s HEAVY duty, which caught me off guard. It didn’t come with directions on putting it together, but it was fairly easy for my husband and I to figure out. Probably took about 10-15 to fully set up. We got it going and let it do its thing, and immediately fell in love. All of its controls are done through the Smart Things app with Samsung, which we were already familiar with due to owning other Samsung products. Within the app you can control the settings from things like speed to water pressure etc. My floors have never been so clean in my life!! It works wonders and has brought the shine to life. My only dislike of this is that the charging station is a little bit bulkier than I would’ve liked and not extremely “ aesthetic” but the work that it produces makes it worth that part. It’s so nice to literally get a fresh vaccum and mop, every evening from the comfort of my couch! My Husband is a bigger fan than I am, and tries to turn it on twice a day. Thankfully you can set a schedule right from the app. We’ve even been trying to come up with a creative name for our little friend! 10/10 recommend.

Alice is Amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say, this is an impressive Jet Bot Combo Robot Vacuum. The set up was straightforward. Download the Smart things app. First out of her base Alice maps the house, which impressed me how smart she is and how well the App works. She vacuums and mops. She knows the difference between rugs, wood floors and ceramic floors. She does not mop the rugs. She has a set emptying bin. When Alice is finished with her cleaning or needs aa charge she heads back to her base for a much-needed rest. Alice has no problem going around furniture. She is a smart girl; she does not bang into furniture or walls. She does a fantastic job cleaning the rugs or floors. No streaks left when she mops. I like that the mopping pads wash and sanitize themselves. The smart thing app lets view where Alice is cleaning, set up a cleaning routine and more. Alice is top notch! Her cleaning power and intelligent features are impressive. The 3D mapping is the best. The All-In-One Clean Station is a win/win, it automatically empties the dustbin and washes the mop pads. Alice is a joy to have in the house, she is a great big help. Her suction power is fantastic.

Mighty robot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo Robot Vacuum is a mighty robot with multi functions. There are detachable mopper pads that do an excellent job of mopping up spills. The vacuum is very intelligent and does not bump into furniture. You can use an app to control its path as well. The charging port is fairly large compared to other robots but is able to clean the vacuum so it saves me the hassle. The charge is also very good and lasts for a few hours making sure that the vacuum cleans almost every inch of a room.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A really advanced vacuum but lacking in some ways

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love my vaccum as much as everyone else seems to, but I found some things to be challenging and difficult.
Firstly, it is a nice sized unit, and set up was pretty straightforward. It is nice that it is self contained and it seems to run very well, and collects a lot of dirt each and every time. It certainly take sa lot of pressure off of me to help keep the house clean.
Unfortunately, I have noticed some issues with two main things:
1) I found that the mapping of my home wasn't accurate, and the app was very buggy when I tried to re-draw the lines of the rooms of my house.
2) I have a multi floor home and there seems to be no easy way to set the vacuum up to move it between floors. I kind of just have to let it start on the first floor where the unit is, and then physically lift it up the stairs, while it starts to alert me that something isn't right.
3) The app is surpringly buggy. I have 2 Samsung TVs, one fridge, and a washer and dryer all on the app and everything runs very smooth on it, so this was a bit surprising.
4) The convenience of having the auto wash, dry, dust empty and refill in one machine where I don't need to come in contact with the dirt very often was a true gamechanger. I really loved it. It was disturbing yet satisfying to see how much dirt and mess was picked up each time, and how strong the mop and vacuum really were. My messy toddlers were no match for this device, the vacuum really collected everything!

Great vacuum

I was impressed especially by how the vacuum is able to clean itself and switch out the mop pads. My living room hasn't looked this clean in a long time.
