Super smart and super quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot with vacuum and mop for about a week and I'm very happy with the product:
Setup
Super quick. Take all the plastic wrap off. Plug the base into the wall, and then slide the robot into the base. It takes about an hour to fully charge the first time. I then downloaded the SmarThings app and finished set up there.

Very easy to use. You'll need to map out the house the first time, which takes 5 minutes where the robot roams around and scans the rooms.

Vacuum
Vacuum is very easy. There are a few types of routes you can select from the app, but the robot does a good job cleaning up dust and pet dander.

Mop
The mopping option was amazing. I set the robot to mop slowly and it did a good job cleaning my hardwood floors. The robot is smart enough to not go on area rugs.

Overall
I'm very happy with the robot. It's smart and knows to go around stairs and obstacles, and charges and cleans the pads on its own. I really like the steam option to sanitize the mop brushes after it's done cleaning. I highly recommend this product!

The best helper ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo, and I’m really impressed! It looks super sleek and modern. It’s great at vacuuming up dirt, pet hair, and crumbs from both carpets and hard floors. The mop feature is a nice touch too, leaving my floors looking shiny.
What I love the most is how smart it is with its navigation. It covers every corner without missing spots or getting stuck. Plus, I can control it with my phone, which makes scheduling cleanings and checking on it really convenient.
The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the mop isn’t the best for tough stains, and long hair gets wrapped around everything.
Overall, the Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo is a fantastic addition to my home, combining powerful vacuuming and convenient mopping in one cool device. Who doesn't love waking up to a freshly mopped and vacuumed home every morning?! Definitely recommend it!

The vacuum power is incredible; it handles dirt, pet hair, and crumbs on both carpets and hard floors without a hitch. The mop feature is a real bonus, leaving my floors pretty dang clean.
The smart navigation is super efficient, covering every corner without missing a spot or getting stuck. Controlling it through my phone is a huge plus—I can schedule cleanings and check its status whenever I want.

Best combo vacuum ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo AI has really reduced my cleaning time! This Jet Bot is a powerhouse vacuuming and moping my hardwood and tile floor seamlessly and reducing the strain on my back. With a full house and 3 fur babies, the AI object recognition is a must have. It navigates around dog toys and my furniture like a boss. The extra large clean water and dirty water capacity is astounding. The fact that I only have to add fresh water or empty the dirty water once a week makes this a must have. Using the SmartThings app to name rooms, setup routines and check cleaning progress all at my fingertips is refreshing. I absolutely love how the Jet Bot combo can detect the various floor types in my home and adjusts based on the type. I was concerned about the mop on my carpet but to my surprise the mop pads lift when it encounters carpet. The vacuums powerful suction literally picks up the tiniest crumbs, mud and pet hair from my fur babies.
This Samsung Jet Bot combo is a must have, you will not be disappointed!

Samsung proved me wrong

I was against buying this vacuum because of the price but my husband was persistent so we pulled the trigger. I am so glad we bought this unit it is worth ever penny. The navigation works so well it shocked me. The mopping feature allows us to mop twice a week with out lifting a finger. The pads on the mop get steam cleaned eliminating any bad smells. The smart things app is super Intuitive I'm not a tec women and even I understand how to program daily cleanings. Trust me if you are in the market for a robot vacuum this one is a winner

First Impression-nice design, good cleaning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chatty little robot vacuum/mop was a breeze to setup. From opening the box to the unit taking a spin around the living room was maybe 20 minutes total. Of course it had to go back and charge soon but this was definitely a simple setup. Simply remove the various tape, plug in the Clean Unit, add the mop head cleaning and ramp and add water to the clean water container. This bot talks-a lot. I will probably try to disable a few of the announcements in the future. Linking the robot to my existing SmartThings app was simple. I installed without the QR code but the app immediately found the unit, registered it and was done in less than 2 minutes. The robot is very quiet which I love. What I love even more is that my robot hating dogs don’t bother this one I think because it is quiet. I will be setting it to clean overnight and I don’t thing they will even hear it.
One thing to note is that this is a BIG unit. While it is stylish with clean lines, it is large. It has a temporary home in my living room while I rearrange areas of the kitchen to make room for the larger clean unit. But it has to be large so I don’t have to fill and empty water and dust bins so often. Just be aware that if you have a small apartment, this may not be the unit for you.
So far it has done a good job of mapping out the living room and it did pretty well with vacuuming in its first pass. I don’t think the mop function was set for this pass but the vacuum picked both large and small particles and handled my hardwood and area rugs easily. I also like the large bins which mean that the robot won’t require human interventions to add water or empty dust bins like my previous models. This means this unit can clean my whole main floor overnight. Previous models required more water and often a bin empty before the entire thing was complete. I’ll be updating my review as I put it through its paces, but so far I like the style and performance.

Samsung ultimate robot vacuum and mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first thought after opening it , this one is so huge and I’m happy so it can get more storage of water and dust . First it takes 3d mapping of each room and give a time estimate to clean and mop . What’s the best thing I like about this is ,it’s doing both vacuum and mop at the same time and lots of saving .time and energy here . It can detect the carpet and floor perfectly and working accurately on the corners and if there is any obstacles . Have awesome features I really like about is auto wash ,dry , refill the water and empty the dust . It’s a life saver for me .i can manage everything now with just my fingers using smart things app .
