Not Built to Last

Works great…until it doesn’t. Product doesn’t last long for how much you spend. No replacement parts, no manual to let you service product yourself, and after spending so much I don’t want to pay to have to have it serviced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My honest review on Jet Bot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have been using this product over a year i think, and honestly, it’s been a total game changer. I was kinda skeptical at first how good could a robot vacuum really be? But let me tell you, this thing is legit.
After cleaning, the bot heads back to the station, empties its dustbin, recharges, and even washes its mop pads.
Only thing I don't like is it may smell if you don't empty the dirty water bin time to time but this is same regardless of what product you have, right?

I’ve been using it pretty much every day, and it’s still going strong. The build quality feels solid, and the parts are easy to replace if needed (though I haven’t had to yet).
It’s totally worth the investment and I plan to buy one again for my upstairs. Trust me, you won’t regret it!

Best robot vacuum on the market

Easy to use app is also a plus and even better if you use Samsung phones.

Broke within six months

I should have believed the bad reviews. Avoid at all costs and vacuum broke within six months. Trying to get repaired through warranty service has also been a headache and I doubt this vacuum will last after the repair. Avoid at all costs.

This item I can see is already way overprice and does not have many features to begin with, Samsung needs to reconsider in taking advantage of their customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Samsung Bespoke Jet Bot Combo Robot Vacuum and Mop with All-in-One Clean Station with Auto Steam. Compared to my old robot vac, this new one is lightyears ahead. The Jet Bot is able to vacuum and mop, and with the AI technology it can detect walls, furniture, items and people too. Through its AI detection system it will not bump into items but rather get very close, which is nice since it won't leave scratches or marks. It can also detect all the rooms, walls, and furniture, creating a very accurate 2D/3D layout of the home. This is nice because it allows you to create custom setting per room and at the end of its cleaning it will show you exactly where it cleaned, and how long it took. Best of all is that it self returns to its housing unit, self cleans, wash, dries, and empties itself. Only minor improvement we see is if it could lock in the mop pads as occasionally we do find that it falls off in the middle of cleaning and then we need to go relocate it and put it back on. Other than that it is a wonderful piece to have at home.

Samsung never fails

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying this is hands down my favorite robot vacuum. I have had several in the past and this unit blows them away . The Lider mapping works perfectly mapping my home and it even converts the image into a 3d layout. You are able to section off each room and have no go zones. The mopping feature is my favorite part . The vacuum will mop my entire first floor and actually lift the mop pads when is senses carpet or rugs. It also drains the dirty water and refill with clean and streams the mop pads to kill all the germs. My only regret is not getting the unit with the camera. Go get one for your self ASAP

Time saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one heck of a vacuum with A.I intelligence. I have different textures and it was able to get to all the corners and clean. The living room looked vacuumed, the carpet had the visual effects that tells you someone had recently vacuumed. I am in love with this product. Can't wait to set up a cleaning time and come to a clean house everyday!!!!!!!. Highly recommend it to family and friends .
