Disappointed with Performance – Not Worth the Pric

I really wanted to like the Bespoke Jet Bot Combo™ AI Robot Vacuum and Mop, but unfortunately, it falls short in some pretty basic areas. For a product at this price point, I expected much better performance.
First, it fails to clean properly along walls, edges, and around furniture. It consistently misses about 6 to 12 inches of space near baseboards and corners, which defeats the purpose of having an automated vacuum in the first place.
Even more frustrating, the vacuum refuses to clean my area rug—specifically one that has black weaves in the design. The AI seems to interpret the black lines as obstacles or drop-offs and avoids them entirely. This means large portions of the rug are left untouched.
For something that's supposed to be "smart," it feels like a major oversight. Add to that the hefty price tag, and I honestly can't recommend this product. Hopefully future software updates can fix these issues, but for now, it’s a letdown.
Plus Samsung wants a 15% restocking fee for their inferior product. BE WARNED.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS

Not Built to Last

Works great…until it doesn’t. Product doesn’t last long for how much you spend. No replacement parts, no manual to let you service product yourself, and after spending so much I don’t want to pay to have to have it serviced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Advance robotic vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great robotic vacuum with many advance features. However, sometimes technology can get in its own way and that is what this vacuum epitomizes. Many times the vacuum (or the app) will complain that something is stuck in one of its wheels - upon inspection there is nothing - and you have to reset the whole thing for it to working again. We love this robot but a little more resilience would be nice.

Vacuum/mop combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very happy with the vacuum/mop combo. The only problem I have had is not the vacuum fault because my family members have very long hair and it gets tangled in the brushes. So, from time to time I have to check it and cut away the tangled hair. Besides that no issues. I am even able too control it from the app or the refrigerator.

Horrible design flaw

The worst Vacuum that I have owned from Samsung. I love Samsung products, but this is worthless. It cleans great and mops, but the roller brush has broken 3 times in 2 months. You cant buy the brush. You can't buy mop heads. It takes almost 2 weeks for them to send a new roller brush and now they want me to send in the whole unit. The roller brushes are defective. Just give me one that won't break in half. We even cleaned it everyday to try and prevent it from snapping in half. The design sucks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really wanted to love this, but...

Wonder when the robot is ever going to fully clean a house without getting stuck, constant notifications that it can't begin it's schedule cleaning because it's not at the dock even though it's actually attempting to vacuum. Good luck with the mop, the pads keep coming off so nothing ever gets mopped. I've had one day with no issues, well almost no issues it did a brief clean then couldn't get back to it's station to dock. Everytime I look after it "cleaned" I find the area dirtier than it was before the clean. Almost like it just moved stuff from one area and dumped it to another area. I'll try a reset to see if it fixes the issues, but if not I'm returning it. As of now complete waste of money.

Great Allrounder, Suitable for Most Use Cases

I got this as a press sample, it's really a great all-round robot vacuum! Virtually all flaws from the Jet Bot AI+ have been fixed; the mop steam cleaning is truly one-of-a-kind. Absolutely no bacteria left after that :D
My only two main criticisms are the lack of the ability to connect it to your house's water pipes directly as well as the lack of proper corner cleaning (on the hardware side, the robot does the best it can, given its hardware). In my opinion, this is definitely (at least) in the top three robot vacuums of 2024. Top notch Samsung!
